Organisational development

Are you ready for change and new energy in the organisation?

Company mergers, reorganisation and other fundamental changes in company organisation make heavy demands on the ability to manage the processes of change, so that they lead to positive development and infuse the organisation with new energy and dynamics.

The Centre for the Development of the Working Environment can place a group of experienced occupational and management psychologists at company disposal to handle employee worries and help the company manage a process of change that continuously involves new and unexpected situations.

Tools for management and employees

Our consultancy services provide a number of useful tools for both management and employees, with which to meet practical, emotional and ethical challenges.

We use coaching, courses or seminars to pave the way for management and employees, and to support them in handling own uncertainty by building concrete positive images and visions for the future. We support the company in

  • Confirming or disproving myths and mutual (mis)conceptions when merging departments or companies
  • Holding “Hello and Goodbye meetings” to help employees say goodbye to the old order and greet new challenges

All of these steps naturally take place in close cooperation with company management.

The process of change

In the process of change we strive to chart interests and attitudes in relation to specific organisational changes through value- and vision seminars and joint company-culture meetings to integrate varying groups.

We also help develop leadership and employee competencies and organise company departments and task-solving processes.
